Return Policy
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and without any alterations, tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
To return an item purchased online:
Email store@imperialmoto.com with your order number in the subject line. Please note if this is a refund or exchange. We will respond accordingly with a pre-paid shipping label. Once the item is received and cleared, your refund / exchange will be issued. Please note that all initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to post to your account.
